Andy Sage has been involved in the construction industry since 1970. Starting as a general builder and progressing to Site manager for Homespace development, project manager for the youth training scheme, Site foreman for David Hartnup Ltd (Painters & decorators), Site manager for John Lelliot (commercial building contractor) and working for Modus group since 1992 as Site manager on projects from £200,000 to £6m

Andy has lived in the Medway area since 1950.

Norman Grant entered the building trade as an apprentice pipe fitter in 1984, became qualified in 1987, worked as a pipefitter for A.E. Bartholomew, John Murphy & Son and R.E. Docwra Ltd. Whilst working as a general builder between 1991-1993 Norman was invited to join Modus group as Site foreman on a project for Tate & Lyle before progressing to Site manager in 1996.

Norman was born in the Medway area in 1966 and has lived there ever since.
